Event: SPRYG Real Estate 2023
On 25 October, during the SPRYG Real Estate event in Antwerp, we had the opportunity to share our insights with over 70 real estate leaders as we delved deep into the world of Environment, Social & Governance (ESG) integration. It was an informative day full of valuable insights and practical tips for integrating ESG into real estate organisations.
Our very own Steve, representing Encon, had the honour of kicking off the event as the first speaker. In just 15 minutes, he expertly outlined Encon’s role within the CSRD and EU Taxonomy, addressing real estate challenges and highlighting opportunities within the event’s focus area. His presentation concluded with a GAP analysis and insightful case studies.
Steve’s engaging presentation, supported by client stories, left a lasting impression. We are excited to support these companies in their sustainability transition. It was wonderful to see everyone gain a better understanding of the importance of CSRD and the EU Taxonomy within the property market, which underlines the importance of sustainability strategies in our changing landscape.
