WELL is an international certification system that focuses on the impact of buildings on health and wellbeing. It assesses projects based on more than 100 criteria, spread across various themes such as air quality, water, light, comfort and mental health.

This approach goes beyond design alone. Operational aspects – such as maintenance, nutrition and even cleaning products – are also taken into account in the assessment.
