VGP Italy had the ambition to make its property portfolio more sustainable through large-scale solar energy. The challenge? Not only determining what was technically possible, but above all gaining insight into the financial feasibility and return on investment. From analysis to a concrete and actionable plan
Encon guided VGP Italy from start to finish: from technical feasibility studies to a concrete implementation plan. We analysed the roofs, energy consumption and local regulations, and translated these insights into an optimal solar panel configuration.
In addition, we mapped out the financial impact in detail, including investment costs, payback periods and potential returns. This combination of technical expertise and financial justification resulted in a clear, actionable plan that secured internal buy-in.
